The Village Ministry comprises of frequent visits to the villages and conducts cottage prayers on a weekly basis. As the socio – political – religious situation is at stake, the closet believers (believers whom they hide their faith in fear of persecution from the society) carry the Bibles in big shopper bags as if they are going for the market. After the Sunday Services at the Mission Chapel, they hide their Bibles in vegetables as they reach their own villages. At this juncture, their faith in Jesus Christ, enables us to tarnish the oppressive structures to an extent. The Village visits assure them a hope of love through Jesus Christ.


Expanding its boundaries of activity, the village ministry travels into the remote areas of Karnataka. A team of missionaries visits houses in villages and conducts prayer meetings on a regular basis. Through their committed work they have drawn many villagers into the fold. Mukti, the tailoring training centre is a women-empowerment programme and it was initiated to empower the women in the villages with a means of livelihood for sustenance.
